The Process
Before starting, taking a moment to open sacred space by calling in Sacred Fire, invoking Ancestors, guides and anything that would be a resource to your process. Light a candle and set your highest intention with the Sacred Fire Card that the process into which you are embarking is protected and will benefit the highest good of everyone involved. You can also set up pictures of your ancestors as you set your space
As you set up your constellation with the cards, there are a few considerations to keep in mind:
- Know that you are about to enter into a deep process, and as such, you will experience emotions, thoughts, memories will come flashing back. Stay present with your process. Breathe through the motions. You can stop at any time and come back to your constellation. While it’s good to make notes as the process unfolds, it’s important to witness what is unfolding with your family field.
- Note that leading up to the constellation, as well as afterwards, you may experience intense emotions such as anger, grief or physical symptoms, but know that these are temporary experiences
- After your session, it’s important to close sacred space in whatever way feels good to you
- There are key questions and contemplations to notice as you embark on your intuitive process:
- How old is the representative on the card feeling? Are there any memories, sensations or feelings that arise with each movement? If so, who is feeling or not feeling it?
- What happens to the intention as you bring in certain aspects of yourself and your lineage?
- It’s good to pause throughout the process to provide comfort and reassurance to certain parts as you unfold your constellation.
Intention: Lean into this card to set your intention for the session
Adult Self: This card represents your adult self
Inner Knowing and Self Awareness: These cards represent your inner knowing and self awareness and they can be brought into your energy field to strengthen your connection to your highest Self and intuition
Inner Child: This card represents your inner child
Shadow Self This card represents your shadow self including any repressed or cast away emotions or parts of yourself that you have excluded
Working with the Family
Invoking Energetic Support and Guidance
The following cards are resourcing cards and can, at any time, be brought into the constellation to support either an aspect of the lineage seeking support or any other support needed.
Divine Guidance: To surrender to something bigger that us and ask for guidance from the Heavens or from wherever you source your highest attunement to clarity
Heart of the Family: To unite the family energy field together after healing movements have occurred. Also to reverbrate healing movements throughout the entire family field
Divine Grace: For when it feels as if there is too much resentment or too much that has occurred in the lineage to move towards peace. For example, if the constellation feels stuck and there is no movement forward. I would also recommend bringing in this card if devastating events have impacted your lineage. This includes mass murders, war, massive displacements, large events that have negatively impacted the lineage
You are also welcome to bring in any other types of objects to help resource your energy field, such as crystals with specific intentions
Uncovering Hidden Aspects
Unresolved Trauma: This represents any unresolved trauma that is subconsciously manifesting itself and blocking your intention. Trauma here is defined in this context as anything that happened unexpectedly which resulted in a negative impact
Hidden Secret: This represents anything in the family that is not spoken about such as miscarriages, murder, abortions, stillbirths…
The Excluded One: This represents any ancestor who is not spoken of and cast out of the family system
Unconscious Dynamics: This represents any hidden dynamics such as sabotaging tendencies and subconscious beliefs
Past Life Entanglement: This represents a past life entanglement
Final Healing Movements
Emergence: This represents the emergence of the healing movement for your intention
Desired Outcome: This represents the manifestation of your intention and can be used to anchor your intention on your altar
