Moments of Alchemy

journeying through the unseen realms

alchemy through joyous illumination

Welcome to my blog 🙂

I created this blog to share the knowledge and insights that I have come across through my journey on the earth.

I love exploring the world through the lens of archetypes through the I Ching, Astrology, The Gene Keys and Tarot as a way to illuminate and alchemize the unconscious into the conscious.

Through my work, I reference the Gene Keys by Richard Rudd, who has developed profound system based on the I Ching, Astrology and Human Design. The Gene Keys contains 64 Gene Keys, or 64 main archetypes that are present in every human. A beautiful work of alchemy through self-illumination, each Gene Key takes its witness through the frequency bands of shadow to siddhi states, which are the purest state of the Gene Key.

Ancestral weaving and mystical musings accompany me on my contemplations. You will find yourself in the misty magical realms of my journeys.

It is my sincere hope that this blog and its insights are a gift to your journey through illumination.

May it ignite the magic that exists within you.

Illuminating Your Birth Experience

“The 49 is a new cutting-through awareness. It’s revolutionizing humanity. It’s creating a new inner environment for something extraordinary to occur. If we have the 49th Gift or are contemplating it, its Gift is to show others what they don’t need and help them to see what they do need. It’s a Gift that could turn a person’s life around, or make an ailing business suddenly successful.” Richard Rudd

Why should we care about being re-birthed as it relates to being human into the realm of revolution?

life and death dancing together

At a broader level, we are experiencing the collective energy field of the Cosmic Wound Separation as I am writing this piece, through the fascinating lens of the living transmission of Gene Key 49-activating Gene Key 55; which travels from the path of reactivity to revolution through the way of rebirth.

I love taking a step back to observe the macro context in which a theme wants to unfold itself; before weaving into elements of life that bring depth and color to the tapestry of our human experiences, finding resonance and synergy through the fractals of our humanness.

What do you know about your birth story?

About how the spark of your consciousness sparked from the miracle of a subliminal void space and came into consciousness, into the geographic location of your physical form, how you’ve decided on the ancestral family lineage in which you would then write your story; impacted by the soul family and soul pod in which you would decide to interweave in creation of the magnificent tapestry of experiences that weaves into your heart and impacts those who choose to walk the path of life with you.

How does your birth experience impact your life?

Our birth experience governs our life in subtle subconscious ways that we are not even aware of. In the womb space, we are sensitive to the emotions and energies of our mothers through our cells.

I would love to share some insights from an energetics and soul imprinting perspective that stems from my journey through family constellations. I am aware that the list of manifested experiences is not complete, I hope that those that I do touch upon illuminate some patterns that may be unfolding in your own life. As you dive deeper into the following threads, I invite you to be gentle with yourself.

Sometimes healing can occur by simply being willing to explore and to hold humble curiosities about areas of our life that we may not have conscious awareness of.

A Feeling Of Running Out of Time

Do you feel an overwhelming sense that you are running out of time?

Do you experience thoughts that don’t seem to be yours about the prospect of death?

If you feel that you have too heavy of a workload, wanting to take on too much, or are overwhelmed by committing to more than you can handle, you may feel a sense of overwhelm that you are running out of time or that you don’t have enough time to complete everything that you have set out to do.

You may be asking yourself how this relates to your birth experience. If your birth was a scene of distress- barely making it to the hospital, rushed out of your mother’s womb, emergency c-section
these experiences will leave an energetic imprint- through which your subconscious will manifest in your present life. The manifestations will be in an attempt by your subconscious to continuously re-creating a familiar feeling of comfort.

Not Having A Right To Life

Do you experience tightness in or around your throat?

Are you able to breathe deeply from your belly?

Do you ever feel that you are not able to take space, claim your needs before others’ needs?

Do you find yourself shrinking in social settings?

This next birth experience that I will describe involves being born without breath, with your umbilical cord wrapped around your neck or being unable to breathe naturally. In your present life, you may find yourself holding your breath a lot or not being able to breathe fully into your belly. It is important to bring attention to this as our ability to breathe reflects our ability to access our life force, therefore taking in all that life has to offer us.

At an energetic level, an experience like this can imprint the subconscious system by a subtle message that one does not have a right to life, which can translate into self-worth issues, codependent relationships,  feeling unworthy to take up space, a feeling of needing to be supported all the time in order to make it through life and feeling a devastating sense of helplessness when someone isn’t available to support you
(amongst others)

Your Birth Experience Impacts Your Relationships

I will share broadly here in terms of how your birth experience may be impacting your relationships of all kinds. There are undoubtedly many more ways in which your experience could manifest itself. My intention is such that the various aspects presented will spark an awareness within you.

The way in which we came into the world and were welcomed sits as the foundation of our being. It also impacts the way that you are able to welcome life and all that it has to offer, such as love and abundance.

If you were moved to an ICU or an incubator as a baby, chances are that you may not be able to connect deeply with others to the extent that you wish you could. You can may feel that there is a depth of connection with others that you are somehow not able to access with. Some call this, what some would call an energetic block.

Your birth experience impacts your attachment style in various ways.

Do you reject others before they have a chance to reject you?

As a baby, if you were left on your own in a cold crib, the experience of your partner needing some space could be felt as a deep cold void in your being. If your cries and needs were met with silence, it is likely that not receiving a response from your partner would trigger your anxious attachment style or abandonment wound.

At a somatic level, this silence could feel deafening and devastating.

There is also an aspect of pre-verbal, somatic experiences that I would also like to bring into awareness. That is, referring to situations where perhaps you were unable to have your needs met as a baby, and these may manifest themselves in your life today in an inability to ask for needs to be met, whether in friendships or intimate relationships.

If your mother was not available physically (dealing with health complications after giving birth) or emotionally (dealing with emotional distress through a trauma), you will most likely experience an energetic disconnect with her or with other women in your life.

What happens next?

Awareness is the first step through the process of bringing unconscious patterns into the conscious realm. If we are able to recognize some of these patterns and our reactions to them, it is my hope that we can take it easy and have more compassion towards those who chose to participate in our lives, when they elicit a deep fundamental trigger within us.

The good news is that we can rewrite the story that was written at birth through different energetic methodologies. Some examples of these methodologies include such as the contemplation of the Gene Keys (especially Gene Keys 49/55/59), rebirthing focused meditations, and re-birthing ceremonies. Additionally, there is also the practice of, exploring family constellations which specifically focused on recreating and rebalancing a birth experience, also known as womb surrounds. This type of family constellation work explores – which work through the unified field of consciousness in order to recreate a birthing experience by bringing in elements of your birthing experience to acknowledge the energies that were present during your birthing experience and create more space in that past experience in order to create healing opportunities. This is a tender and very powerful way of re-writing an origin Story.

How would you know if this is impacting you?

You may experience an inner knowing, nausea, sleepiness and an inability to focus as you read this material. Another way of diagnosing would be to examine the themes that are arising in your life. For example, if you experience unexplainable feelings,/ thoughts, or themes around abundance, self-worth, saying a full yes to life- or in body symbology, any discomfort manifesting itself on the left side of your body could be linked back to your maternal lineage, hence, may have a connection with your birth experience.

Follow your intuition as you know deep within you, what your truth is. I hope you take with you what resonates and leave what does not resonate.

Deep gratitude for your willingness to stay and travel on this journey with me through this piece.

If you would like to experience the profound world of family constellations, I would love to invite you to join an introduction to a family constellations night. Genetic and Energetic Imprinting

A favorite poem of mine that I would contemplate when I need to step through deeper thresholds of myself. I turn to this refelection when I need a dose of courage and perspective.

The Faces at Braga
In monastery darkness
by the light of one flashlight
the old shrine room waits in silence.
While above the door
we see the terrible figure,
fierce eyes demanding. “Will you step through?”
And the old monk leads us,
bent back nudging blackness
prayer beads in the hand that beckons.
We light the butter lamps
and bow, eyes blinking in the
pungent smoke, look up without a word,
see faces in meditation,
a hundred faces carved above,
eye lines wrinkled in the hand held light.
Such love in solid wood!
Taken from the hillsides and carved in silence
they have the vibrant stillness of those who made them.
Engulfed by the past
they have been neglected, but through
smoke and darkness they are like the flowers
we have seen growing
through the dust of eroded slopes,
their slowly opening faces turned toward the mountain.
Carved in devotion
their eyes have softened through age
and their mouths curve through delight of the carver’s hand.
If only our own faces
would allow the invisible carver’s hand
to bring the deep grain of love to the surface.
If only we knew
as the carver knew, how the flaws
in the wood led his searching chisel to the very core,
we would smile too
and not need faces immobilized
by fear and the weight of things undone.
When we fight with our failing
we ignore the entrance to the shrine itself
and wrestle with the guardian, fierce figure on the side of good.
And as we fight
our eyes are hooded with grief
and our mouths are dry with pain.
If only we could give ourselves
to the blows of the carver’s hands,
the lines in our faces would be the trace lines of rivers
feeding the sea
where voices meet, praising the features
of the mountain and the cloud and the sky.
Our faces would fall away
until we, growing younger toward death
every day, would gather all our flaws in celebration
to merge with them perfectly,
impossibly, wedded to our essence,
full of silence from the carver’s hands.
